Our team

The people who will have your back on the water

Four people run the school day to day: three instructors and the base crew who answer your messages, size your wetsuit and keep the gear honest. Everyone teaches in the water, not from the sand.

Head instructor

Kitesurf · IKO level 2

Fifteen seasons on this bay, most of them spent teaching first-timers. Runs the kite programme, the daily safety briefing and the radio helmets.

Wingfoil coach

Wingfoil · Foil & downwind

Winging since the first wings reached Essaouira. Teaches one-to-one and knows exactly how long a first flight takes, because every one is timed.

Surf coach

Surf · Longboard & coaching

Out before the wind most mornings, on the beach breaks north of the ramparts. Patient with beginners, precise about turns.

Base & bookings

Gear, transfers & holidays

Answers your messages, sizes your wetsuit, arranges the airport transfer and keeps the quiver in shape between sessions.

How we teach

Small groups, one clear goal

  • Four riders per instructor at most, and one-to-one on the water for a first kite session whenever the wind allows it.
  • Every session starts with a briefing on the sand and ends with a debrief — what worked, what is next, and what to practise before you come back.
  • We cancel rather than teach in conditions we would not ride in ourselves. Those sessions are moved or refunded in full.
